The report takes a look at many of the most popular home improvement projects ranging from basement remodel (72.2% cost recouped) to roofing replacement (59.5%). It also takes a look at national, regional as well as major cities and rates each project accordingly based on the averages found in each. Nationally, the project with the highest cost recouped rate is entry door replacement (102.1%) and the lowest home office remodel (45.8%).
